What is valet trash?
Valet trash is a residential service where we collect garbage directly from residents’ doorsteps and transport it to a designated disposal area, such as a dumpster. It’s designed to provide convenience so residents don’t have to carry trash themselves.
How do I prepare for my trash pickup?
Simply place your trash bin outside your door before the designated day and time set by your property manager. A Binvera associate will collect your trash shortly after and leave the empty bin at your doorstep.
If I sign up, when will the service start?
Once you sign up, you will be scheduled for the next available service date. Service days and times vary by location, so please refer to prior communications or guidance from your property manager for specific details.
What happens if my pickup is missed?
If your pickup was missed, we sincerely apologize and want to make sure that does not happen again. Please fill out the form below or send us an email at support@binvera.com so that we may fix it.
What is the price?
After the 14 day free trial, the cost for this service is $14.99 per month set up on a recurring basis.
